SCHOOL CLOSING INFORMATION

If our school closes due to inclement weather, please listen to TV stations 6, 8 & 12. You will need to look for our specific school. We are a private school and not subject to Henrico County information.
 

ATTENTION PARENTS:

This is to remind you that no student is to be dropped off before 7:55am. All faculty members are in group devotions and prayer from 7:40 - 7:55; therefore, nobody is available to supervise your child. This is for your child's safety as well as protecting the liability of the school and church.

Please indicate on the form provided each week which meals your child wants to eat. Include $3.00 for each meal. Please paper clip the money to the form (or put into a ziplock sandwich bag) to keep them together and return to your child's teacher. For families with multiple children, please mark all kids information. If writing a check, one check can be written for all. All checks should be made out to Diane Pelkey.

  • The Tardy Bell for Grades 6-12 will be at 8:11
  • Grades 6-12 will dismiss at 3:30
  • The Tardy Bell for Grades 1-5 will be at 8:15
  • Grades 1-5 will dismiss at 3:15
  • Preschool is unaffected by the revision

Pick Up Route
In order to insure the safety of your children we are making some changes in our afternoon dismissal plan. These changes will go into effect when we return from Easter Break. We will need the cooperation of all parents as we implement this new route, so please read and follow the directions below. A map is also provided as a .pdf download.
